WHAT ARE YOUR STORE HOURS?
Monday - Friday: 11 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 5 PM
Sunday: 1 PM - 5 PM
ARE YOU ACCEPTING WORK FROM NEW MAKERS?
All new makers are encouraged to apply through our maker submission form. Maker submissions are reviewed in groups at specific intervals. If you want more information about our wholesale process, please read our blog post with lots of tips on applying for wholesale.
ARE YOU HIRING?
We are not currently hiring, but we keep all applications on file to review when we are. If you have any questions, you can email us at info@dimehandmade.com.
ORDERS, SHIPPING, & PICKUP
WHAT IS THE CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER?
We get orders ready to ship or for pick-up three to four times a week. Please email us at info@dimehandmade.com if you have any questions.
HOW DOES ORDER PICK-UP WORK?
You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order has been filled and is ready for pick up. Once you have received that email, you can either come inside to pick up your order or choose contactless pickup. If you prefer contactless pickup, call us at 940-381-2324 when you arrive. We will place your order in a basket next to the turquoise door on the Austin St. side of the building.
WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER SHIPPED ASAP?
Please select priority shipping if you need your order to go out quickly, and as always, you are welcome to email us at info@dimehandmade.com to ensure that we know to get your order out as soon as possible.
SOMETHING I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN?
Some items we rotate seasonally, while others we always have! If you’re interested in an item that’s out of stock, send us an email info@dimehandmade.com. We can let you know when it will be back in stock or will consider restocking in the future.
