1/21 - Crochet for Beginners
Join us for this fun, fundamental workshop on Tuesday, January 21st from 6:30-8pm.
If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to crochet, this class is for you! Local fiber artist, Shelly Diaz, will walk us through the basics of crochet as we create handmade dishcloths! Tools and yarn will be provided and students will leave with a wealth of knowledge on how to start their crochet journey! This class is designed for beginners and no previous experience is required. This class is open to students who are ages 13 and up.
What students receive:
All materials and tools are provided including yarn, crochet hooks, stitch markers, a pattern, and take home directions
Guided assistance and knowledge from our instructor

Meet Your Instructor:
Shelly Diaz is a fiber artist and owner of Daisy Stitch Co, where she creates and curates beautiful hand-dyed yarn! She lives in Denton, Texas with her husband and 2 dogs, Daisy and Maggie. She is the proud mom to two grown kids and loves to spend her time outdoors, going for dog walks, enjoying bike rides, or getting lost in a good book. She is incredibly passionate about all things yarn and has been crocheting for many years.
